Returns and Complaints

I care about your rights as a consumer and do my best to ensure your shopping experience in my store is fully satisfying. Below you’ll find information about the return and complaint procedures for purchased products.

Product Return – Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Notify me of your decision via email.
  2. Return the product in an undamaged condition, preferably in its original packaging, to the address listed in the “Contact” section.
  3. The cost of returning the item is covered by the buyer.

I will issue a refund promptly, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of its return.

Complaints – Product Defect

If the purchased product has a physical or legal defect, you have the right to file a complaint under the warranty (rękojmia), in accordance with the Polish Civil Code. The seller is liable for defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.

To submit a complaint:

  1. Contact me via email with a description of the issue and, if possible, include photos of the defect.
  2. Return the product to the address provided in the “Contact” section.
  3. Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

If the complaint is accepted, I will offer one of the following solutions:

  • repair of the product,
  • replacement with a new item,
  • a price reduction,
  • or – in the case of a significant defect – a full refund.
